WORLD FAMOUS HARLEM GLOBETROTTERS TROT AROUND TRENTON AREA

DETAILS: Eugene “Killer” Edgerson and Nate Loston, two world famous Harlem Globetrotters, will be trotting around the Trenton Area in order to promote their upcoming game at the Sovereign Bank Arena. The Globetrotters will show off their tricks in Trenton when they take on the New York Nationals on Saturday, March 10 at 7:30 p.m. Edgerson and Lofton will be making appearances at three local schools and the Greater Trenton Area YMCA. BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF TRENTON/MERCER COUNTY GETS A SPECIAL VISIT FROM OLYMPIC GOLD MEDALISTS
(Trenton, NJ. February 7, 2007) – Olympic Gold Medalists Jamie Sale & David Pelletier will be making a special appearance at the Boys and Girls Club of Trenton/Mercer County on Thursday, February 8th. The skating duo will be visiting the club to crown the winner of the “Reach for the Stars” Essay Contest, Sundasia Baker, a fourth grader from Franklin Elementary School in Trenton. The contest was designed to help support the education and literacy initiatives that the Boys and Girls Club happily provides. A portion of ticket sales from the Stars on Ice Tour, including the Feb. 27th show at Sovereign Bank Arena and the February 23rd show at the Wachovia Center, will go to help support those initiatives as well.

GLOBAL SPECTRUM NAMES JEFF SCHUMACHER GENERAL MANAGER OF SOVEREIGN BANK ARENA IN TRENTON
(Trenton, NJ – January, 2007) Global Spectrum, the fastest growing firm in the public assembly management field and operators of the Sovereign Bank Arena in Trenton, NJ, has named Jeff Schumacher as General Manager of the 10,000-seat, multi-purpose arena in the state’s capital city, it was announced today by Global Spectrum’s Chief Operating Officer John Page. Schumacher formerly was General Manager of the Global Spectrum-managed Colisee in Lewiston, ME.

TRENTON, NJ - December 6, 2006) The Boston Pops and conductor Keith Lockhart bring their ever-popular holiday tour to the Sovereign Bank Arena on December 17 at 1pm, sharing a cherished Boston tradition with audiences throughout the Trenton region. Mr. Lockhart leads “America’s Orchestra” – plus a full chorus – in a host of familiar holiday favorites such as “Go Tell It On The Mountain,” “Sleigh Ride,” “Santa Baby,” “Mary’s Little Boy Child,” “Santa Claus is Coming to Town,” “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” Bach’s gentle “Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring,” the traditional “Sweet Little Jesus Child,” and the rousing “Hallelujah Chorus” from Handel’s Messiah.

RECORD-BREAKING HOLIDAY CARD FOR TROOPS TO APPEAR AT SOVEREIGN BANK ARENA
(TRENTON, NJ - December 6, 2006) The Sovereign Bank Arena will help break records for the troops on Thursday, December 7 by displaying twenty-foot long sections of a banner holiday card for American Troops stationed in Iraq. The public is invited to sign the over-sized card at Gate A of the arena between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. during the New Jersey State Worker’s Blood Drive.

C&M AUTOMOTIVE WAREHOUSE THANKS CUSTOMERS WITH TRADE SHOW AND TITANS GAME AT SOVEREIGN BANK ARENA
(TRENTON, NJ - December 6, 2006) C&M Automotive Warehouse will hold their annual Customer Appreciation Day at the Sovereign Bank Arena on Friday, December 8 at 4:30 pm. Thirty-four of the industry’s leading automotive parts and accessory manufacturers will be at the show. The night will begin with the trade show and dinner. C&M customers are then invited to stay and see the 2005 Kelly Cup Champion Trenton Titans face off against the Bakersfield Condors at 7:30 pm.

MONSTER TRUCK WINTER NATIONALS CRASH INTO THE SOVEREIGN BANK ARENA ON JANUARY 5-6
(TRENTON, NJ – NOVEMBER 16, 2006) – The Monster Trucks are coming back to the Arena for a second straight year! Presented by Checkered Flag Productions (www.checkeredflagproductions.com), the carnage of the car crushing Monster Trucks will feature the King of the Monster Trucks "BIGFOOT". The Bad Boys of Racing will be competing at the Sovereign Bank Arena on Friday, January 5 at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, January 6 at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Tickets go on sale this Saturday, March 18 at 10 a.m.
