THE CHEETAH GIRLS BRING THE PARTY TO SOVEREIGN BANK ARENA ON DECEMBER 19
TRENTON, NJ – OCTOBER 16, 2006) – “The Party’s Just Begun” as the Cheetah girls perform at the Sovereign Bank Arena on Tuesday, December 19 at 7pm! Hot off their all-new soundtrack to Disney Channel’s original movie, The Cheetah Girls will be singing hot new hits like “Strut” and “Step-Up.” The movie's anthem song and the soundtrack's lead single, "The Party's Just Begun," will be featured in The Cheetah Girls' set, along with favorites from the first movie and soundtrack including "Cinderella" and "Cheetah Sisters."

BRAD PAISLEY SPENDS SOME “TIME WELL WASTED” AT SOVEREIGN BANK ARENA ON OCTOBER 26
(TRENTON, NJ – SEPTEMBER 29, 2006) – It might be a little early for Christmas, but that doesn't matter to Brad Paisley whose new album, Christmas, is slated for release in October. This is Paisley's much anticipated Christmas album, which includes a collection of 11 songs - featuring classics favorites along with Paisley originals. Over the course of his previous four albums, including the most recent top-seller, Time Well Wasted, Paisley has grown from country music's favorite young traditionalist to a hit maker and an exciting concert performer. Paisley's "Time Well Wasted" Tour was ranked no. 5 in the top country tour in attendance by Pollstar Magazine. When the tour comes to the Sovereign Bank Arena on October 26, Paisley will have two of the hottest country stars with him for support: Carrie Underwood and Jake Owen.

New Jersey Devils Purchase ECHL’s Trenton Membership
East Rutherford, NJ – The National Hockey League’s New Jersey Devils today purchased a majority interest in the ECHL membership in Trenton, NJ from the Berman family. Ron Berman will retain a minority interest in the team. As per club policy, no further terms were disclosed. The announcement was made by Devils’ CEO/ President/General Manager Lou Lamoriello.

GLOBAL SPECTRUM NAMES BEN WEISS ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER OF SOVEREIGN BANK ARENA IN TRENTON
(TRENTON, NJ) - Global Spectrum, operator of the Sovereign Bank Arena in Trenton, NJ, promoted Ben Weiss to Assistant General Manager of the 10,000-seat arena, announced today by Sovereign Bank Arena General Manager Eric Cuthbertson. Weiss previously was the building’s Senior Event Manager since 2005. Weiss replaces Fran Rodowicz, who was named the General Manager at the Liacouras Center at Temple University, another Global Spectrum-managed facility.

NCAA BRINGS WOMEN’S BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT TO TRENTON IN 2009 AND 2010
(TRENTON, NJ - July 6, 2006) - The NCAA Division 1 Women’s Basketball Committee has selected the Sovereign Bank Arena, a Global Spectrum-managed facility with experience in hosting NCAA Tournaments, as a site for the 2009 NCAA Division 1 Women’s Basketball Championships regional games and 2010 first- and second-round games.
